I've done my fair share of challenges, cleanses and detoxes... but this month I'm choosing to focus on my health for a much needed 30-day RENEWAL!
Today is day one of my 30-day renewal challenge!
My word for 2021 is vitality
but over the past couple of months my behavior has incorporated more stagnation
and avoidance than it has energy and drive.
So I'm climbing back up into the saddle, and it's all starting with celery juice.
I know! I know! It sounds random and maybe a little gross - but stick with me here.

I'm now drinking approx. 16 – 24 oz of celery juice almost every morning. I drink it on an empty stomach and then I wait 30 minutes before drinking or eating anything else.

We are aging more quickly and are more prone to illness because of chronic stress. Stress screws up your digestive system, immune system, and cardiovascular system.

I’m not saying that celery juice is a cure-all, but chances are (whether or not you show it) you struggle with your health in some way. Acid reflux… anxiety… eczema… headaches… depression… brain fog… psoriasis… gut issues... aches, pains, inflammation… the list goes on.
I’ve started incorporating drinking celery juice into my morning routine and serving a small amount to my husband and daughter to drink as well. My 11 year old daughter usually voices her displeasure, but she’s getting used to it and she drinks it back every time.
Over the next month I’ll be heavily focused on getting back-on-track with my health and wellness journey. I’ve gained some unwelcome weight… I haven’t been exercising as much as I’d like to… and I can feel the impact and the effects of a very stressful year
on my physical, mental and emotional health.

I'm picking up the ball that I dropped and refocusing on my VITALITY. I’m excited to share my journey over the next month as we head into summer.
It's my Birthday in June, so my goal is to look and feel my best for that Birthday!
