I believe more women need to be making more money, doing what they love.

Here's my WHY...

Back in 2009, just one month after giving birth to my daughter, I opened a wellness resort in Costa Rica.

Ironically, this ended up driving my own health and well-being into the ground.

My stress levels were off the charts.
I was exhausted all the time.
I felt disconnected from everyone and everything.

To make matters worse, no matter how hard I worked, my income never felt like enough.
So as these 6- and 7-figure unicorn entrepreneurs seemed to be popping up all around me, I started to think there must be something wrong with me!

In all the ways (physically, mentially, emotionally, spiritually) I was at rock bottom.

Even with the amount of outward success I had achieved up to that point, I felt like I was either not good enough... or a fraud.

And the confidence and clarity that I needed to get on track to something that was SUSTAINABLE, seemed non-existent.

I had to go inward.
That journey led me to work with numerous coaches, mentors, thought partners and health professionals...

Learning what having true belief in yourself REALLY means, and what self-care REALLY looks like, has laid the foundation for the kind of success I could only dream about before.

Today, I can say that I am a fully-present wife, mother, daughter, friend, and boss running multiple businesses. If I can build a 7-figure business... so can YOU!

Do I still struggle with limiting beliefs? Of course… but I’m committed to BELIEVING HARD in order to achieve my dreams. I also don't subscribe to anything that leads to burnout!

My relationships are a big part of my support system as well (note: make sure you have a few cheerleaders in your corner before you start any business venture!) so I make time to nurture those connections.

As a result, Anamaya Resort is now one of the most well-known luxury stays in Costa Rica, having been featured in Conde Nast Traveler, ELLE, and we’ve also made Forbes Magazine’s Top 10 list.

I co-founded Be Outfitter in 2011, which we successfully sold in 2020. And my coaching practice is THRIVING!
