About Kelsey
Hi! I’m Kelsey Matheson, a success and business coach.
I work with Wellness Entrepreneurs who are looking to grow their business… serve more people… and make more money doing what they love.
I’ve been building businesses for over 20 years, and I’m the co-founder and owner of Anamaya Resort in Costa Rica, The Optimal Health & Conscious Living Academy, and BE Outfitter.
Now I dedicate my time to helping other women entrepreneurs in the health and wellness space. I work with Yoga Teachers, Life Coaches, Fitness & Health Professionals, and other Wellness Entrepreneurs navigate the crazy journey of entrepreneurship.
After building 7-figure businesses… as well as having businesses that were total flops… I’ve learned what it takes to grow a successful wellness business with ease (especially as a woman!) and now my passion is sharing that knowledge, wisdom, and information with others.
